I am looking for feedback from larger organizations on policy management with multiplehospitals and physician clinics. We have an acute care hospital, critical access hospital, and multiple physician clinic locations. We have multiple sites/locations within PolicyStat;each entity has their own entity-specific policies, but we are working towards standardization of policies across the system. How are your policies organized? How do you make it clear to the end user which location(s) the policy applies to? What does the approval workflow look like for those policies that apply across the system? Is there anyone willing to meet with me and discuss? We are located in Illinois (Blessing Health System), but have locations in Iowa and Missouri. I appreciate the feedback!
